Anni & family were so kind and made us feel completely at home. The place is beautifully cared for and comfortably furnished. We loved the common room with billiards, darts, and foosball, plus the lovely pool and garden. We’d be happy to come back! 🫶

The garden was a lovely place to relax, and the pool, kept at 28 degrees Celsius, was great for cooling off. Our little one especially loved seeing the rabbit breeding. Anni was a warm, wonderful host who was happy to share ideas for things to do, and the family were friendly and accommodating. The apartments are furnished with real care. It’s a little out of the way, but that didn’t bother us. We’d return anytime. Best regards, the Belger family

The hosts were genuinely nice and helpful, including with hiking tips and ideas for places to go out. The price seemed okay overall, though paying only in cash and getting no receipt felt odd, and made us wonder if some payments were being handled under the table. The complex looks lovely from outside and the apartments are very nice, but the stove, oven, dishwasher, and other appliances are dated or don’t work very well. There were flies everywhere, in shared areas and indoors, probably because of the many breeding rabbits in the building. The pool is fairly large and warm, but neighborhood children and teenagers and their friends, who weren’t guests, were always there, so it was hard to get some peace. There were also frequent loud parties with drinks and music. There’s another rental next door that’s much quieter and better equipped, so we’ll book there next time.

We’ve stayed in plenty of holiday apartments, and this well-equipped ground-floor flat in an Upper Bavarian house deserves five stars from us. The place felt authentic, traditional, and incredibly cozy, and our hostess Anni was pleasant and welcoming. We’ll return in spring.
