Me and All Hotel Kiel, by Hyatt

I loved the room's design, especially the window seat. Mine was a corner room, and I could see the water from there. There was even a Bluetooth speaker in the room. I ordered dinner from the restaurant on my phone, but when I came downstairs to pick it up, it seemed mostly cold.

A cancelled flight forced me to delay my trip. I contacted the hotel the day before, but they charged me the full amount for THREE NIGHTS. The front desk tried to help, but management refused a refund and came across as focused only on profit. This was the most amateur, profit-focused management I've experienced. I wouldn't stay at Me and All Hotel or any Hyatt properties again. The lack of customer support is unacceptable, whatever your loyalty level, and I advise against hotels that put profit ahead of customer satisfaction.

For 94€, I got a clean, fresh place to sleep for the night during a road trip, and the rate was good for someone focused on cost. It's a hip, value-for-money option in the Hyatt family, with little luxury. The staff were very friendly, service-minded, and looked after me. The only dinner choice was microwave food, so I got junk food through Uber Eats instead. I'd recommend it for a short stay or as a cost-conscious business option.

There's a lot of personality here, and it's a great place to just chill. The rooms are clean and well furnished, and breakfast every morning was delicious. The sauna smelled lovely, too. At night, music and crowds below can get a bit loud, so it wouldn't be a good spot to work then.
