Ms. Wiesmann is such a lovely part of the place, always cheerful, and everyone on staff was friendly and ready to help. We’ve already been here four times and are happy to keep coming back. The apartment complex is lovely, with a thermal bath downstairs. The rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable, whether you’re on the sofa or in bed. There’s also seating out on the balcony. Breakfast is offered if you ask. It isn’t essential, but we’d recommend it.

They even stepped in to help when our car broke down, which was really something. The hotel is also very welcoming to pets, a big plus for us. We had a great stay at the Schlosshotel Kirchhamn. The food was excellent, and the staff made us feel welcome with attentive, friendly service. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy. Breakfast was prepared with real care, and the focus on quality came through. The price was excellent for what you get. We’d gladly return.

The buffet had a very good range of breakfast choices, and the pool felt lovely at 37 degrees Celsius. After my rehabilitation stay, it was just right for me. The place is great value and very clean, though a little dated.

We found the village beautiful, calm, and relaxing, and Austria is an easy drive away, with plenty of lovely places to visit there. Our stay felt genuinely restful, and we’ll definitely return. The hotel staff were always friendly, and the restaurant is just around the corner with easy access through the hotel. The food was delicious and the service very warm. A special thanks to the friendly caretaker, who quickly and proactively helped us with a problem. Our room was lovely and quiet, with a balcony that was great for breakfast or just unwinding in the evening. Parking is free right outside the building. The thermal pool was fantastic, too, with convenient hours that let you swim until 10 pm and enjoy the quiet.
