I had several problems during the stay, including a serious security concern. After hours, the arrival packets showing guests’ full names and room numbers were left on the front desk counter, so I could tell where everyone was staying and could have entered their rooms before they arrived. There was visible mold on the shower ceiling, and breakfast items were missing because occupancy was low, according to the attendant, though I still paid the same price. Before arrival, I emailed several times and got no reply. I also had to call twice to change my reservation because the wording in the confirmation email was wrong. When I left, they didn’t have my address, even though I’d provided it with the reservation. Too many details were overlooked.

The hotel is in an area that feels like a small German farming community, and central station in Munich is about a 30-minute ride away. From Munchrn HBF, take the S2 for 25 minutes, then bus 263 for less than 10 minutes. We spent two nights here. It was clean, the staff were professional and friendly, and the breakfast was outstanding.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were so helpful they went out of their way for us. It’s a great place to stay in Munich, extremely clean, and I’d strongly recommend it to anyone planning a visit.

I was here on a business trip from Korea. The staff were kind and the place was very clean. The breakfast buffet was great too. You can get wireless internet by asking at the counter.

The internet really sucks, and that was the one downside. Everything else was great: the hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely hospitable, and breakfast was amazing.
