The place itself may be lovely, and we really wanted to carry on with our trip, but a last-minute health issue meant we needed to cancel. We called three days before our stay and were willing to discuss different options. The call ended abruptly before we could talk through them, and we were left with no real chance to discuss cancellation or even partial compensation. I was hoping for some empathy and a possible refund if cleaning costs could be avoided or the place rebooked. The way we were cut off felt cold and fell far below the customer service we expected. I’m glad the public response seems more open to nuance, and you’re welcome to contact us anytime.

We put some friends up at the Old Town Apartments, and they loved it just as much as we did. The host is a dream, the location is perfect, and the place is stylish with every detail thought through. I can't think of anywhere better in Kirchheim.

We were a little concerned about the three bars and restaurants just downstairs, but the nights turned out completely fine. The upstairs apartment is lovely, and the landlord is relaxed and easy to deal with. The apartments are right in the heart of Kirchheim, and the price feels fair. We'd be happy to come back.
