The owner was a really kind lady, and her response is why I’m giving the hotel five stars. My family and I arrived after a six-hour drive for an overnight stop, since we have two young kids and didn’t want to drive ten or eleven hours. We’d already checked in when I realized the carpet was too high-pile for my dust allergy. That was my mistake. I know I’m allergic, but we’d judged wrong and thought it would be fine. I told the hotel we couldn’t stay, and we were ready to pay the full price since we know last-minute cancellations are hard on a business. The owner chose not to charge us even one euro and wished us a safe trip home. That was a big-hearted thing to do. It was clearly our fault, and I’m sorry for the trouble I caused. Nice people and a nice hotel, even though it didn’t work for me. Thanks again. Greetings from Martin Wilbrink and the rest of the family.

A traditional building on the outside, but fully modernized inside. It’s a nice Swabian hotel with a Swabian restaurant and friendly staff. Parking is free, though a bit tricky.

The room felt cramped, and the bathroom was a little difficult to use because of the water flow. For what we got, the price was high.

We ate dinner there and enjoyed the food a lot. It was excellent, though it took a while to come out.

The meeting rooms were nothing special, but the service was good.
