Everything was just right. The hosts were friendly and easy to reach before and during our stay. The apartment was spotless, well cared for, and furnished with real attention. It had everything we needed for everyday life. You can tell a lot of care went into it. Highly recommended.

The Panorama Blick apartment really lives up to its name, and we had a lovely few days there. It was clean, tidy, modern, well equipped, and nicely decorated. There were TVs in both the living room and bedroom, plus a great internet radio that played the local station quietly at breakfast. The window shutters worked perfectly and kept things peaceful late at night. We even enjoyed lighting the candles provided. We don’t drink coffee, so we put the coffee machine aside; as parents we occasionally put things away, and we had room for the dog’s baskets and other things too. The area has plenty to explore in every direction. There are two holiday apartments in the building with separate entrances, which we noticed, and we got along well with the neighbors. We never had any noise problems. We were also really pleased with our contact with the owners. They were available by text and phone, and we were lucky enough to meet in person. I’d forgotten to mention our dog when booking. I’m not sure if that happened because I’d used so many platforms and made lots of inquiries, or because I contacted Holidu directly. I hadn’t heard of Holidu before, but tried it after the usual sites like Fe-Wo didn’t get me the results I wanted. Ms. Winhard was fine about the mix-up, explained the extra dog charge, which applies everywhere, and then quickly got on to practical advice and travel tips. Her suggestions were personal, and she came across as very natural and friendly. She’d clearly taken a short break herself, but was open to chatting. We felt we could have gone back to her with anything.

I stayed in the small holiday apartment for three weeks and felt I got terrific value for money. I’ve traveled around Germany for work for years, and Mrs. Winhard is one of the best hosts I’ve come across. Her friendliness and willingness to help are exceptional. I’d gladly stay again and highly recommend it.
