Breakfast was a real highlight, and it came with the room. We paid 120 Euros per night for 2 people, which made this one of the more affordable hotels in the area. We ended up staying outside Munich city center because hotel prices had gone up due to Octoberfest. Mornings were noisy, though, with a school nearby.

The room was clean and pleasant, and the wifi worked well, though having to enter the credentials again several times a day got old fast. We were on the 8th floor, with breakfast served on the 9th. At night there was no air, but we couldn't leave the window open because ventilation in front of the building was making a lot of NOISE. The hotel was huge and almost empty, out in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do nearby. We stopped there on the way back from Italy to the Czech Republic because it was close to our route. They'd sent a map of the parking lot ahead of time, but finding where to park was still impossible with three entrances from the main road and signs only in German.

There’s no restaurant or bar, and the minibar was empty. It takes about 15min to reach the closest place to get something to eat. The rooms themselves are new, tidy, spacious, and nice. It also doesn’t feel like a “real” hotel, since it only takes up the top two floors of a business(?) building. The guy at reception was really friendly and spoke perfect English.

They do breakfast only, with no restaurant, which was a shame. Still, it’s a nice, clean hotel and there’s parking.
