The chicken salad was really juicy and tasty, and there was plenty of it. The young waitress was helpful and didn’t mind us changing tables after we’d ordered. Gasthaus Birke’s beer garden is very small and tucked away at the back. I don’t know what it’s like inside, but I can recommend it for lunch or an evening with friends.

The waiter was very cute, too. But the real reason I’ll keep going back to the Birke until I die is that burger. As an American, I’m a bit of a burger expert, and I have high expectations wherever I order one, especially in Germany. The birke burger was so juicy and delicious that I didn’t want it to end. I’ve never enjoyed a burger from Germany so much. Definitely the best. It was THAT good.

After delivering a car locally, I stayed for one night and ended up having a great evening, drinking beer and chatting with some locals. The place was very clean and welcoming, and the food was great. Thank you, Moritz, your hospitality was spot on.

This is a restaurant review. The kids had pizza, and we tried the sausage salad and sausage dish. Everything was very good!
