We could walk to almost everywhere we wanted to visit in Kitzingen, and getting to Würzburg was easy too. The bahnhof (train station) is a quick walk from the hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with room for three people to spread out. The shower had plenty of hot water and strong pressure. Breakfast had a wonderful range, including meats, fruit, cereal, vegetables, cakes, yogurt, coffee, and tea. Some things were especially fresh, and we could choose our fruit juice, bread, and how we wanted our eggs cooked. The tables had decorations and a sweet treat. I saw an award on the wall for best breakfast from a previous year, and I believe it still deserves it. The owners were thoughtful and clearly wanted our stay to be great. Service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. I'm glad our original plan fell through and we booked here. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, and for cooking my eggs perfectly even though I'm picky!

Status as on 29/11/2023. I stayed for a week. It's a basic hotel with the amenities you need, and it's very clean and spotless. The location is easy, and while the rooms are small, they're sufficient. Breakfast was tasty. I liked the old underground basement winery that's now a dining area. Owner Chris is a nice man and always available if you need help.

The hotel is run by a mother and son, and the service was super friendly. Breakfast was well assorted, the rooms were nice, and most of the interior had recently been renovated. It's on a main road, which isn't so charming, but downtown is an easy five-minute walk.

The hostess was very friendly and chatty, and the hotel was easy to find. Its restaurant, converted from an air raid shelter, is quite unique. Our room was very clean, on a high floor, with a beautiful view out the window. The floor is a bit old and makes noise when you walk, and being between two roads means you hear some car noise at night.

The rooms are pretty basic, but the rate is basic too. The place is spotless and serves fresh breakfast every morning. What really makes it is the people running it. Totally recommend.
