Parking was very good and felt safe, and the hotel was great value for the money. The room was modern, quiet and clean, with lovely linens. The beds were a little hard for my taste, though that's normal for Germany. Breakfast had a fresh, wide selection, and the staff were always smiling, helpful and friendly. I visit this area every six weeks and plan to stay at this hotel each time. Nice job, NH.

Our room looked out over the canal and was lovely, bright and well lit. The utilities were arranged well, there was enough storage, and the armchair was comfortable. Friendly, courteous staff made the atmosphere pleasant, and the good breakfast spread started our day off well. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

The rooms are on the small side, but modern, clean and air-conditioned. The beds are small by US standards, double rather than queen size or bigger. Breakfast buffet was great, and the restaurant and bar were decent. Staff were friendly and professional. There's a gym, but it's tiny.

We were very happy with our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. In summer, we could hear birds chirping during the day. There's a lovely river behind the hotel, plus jogging trails under shady trees. The room was a good size and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and pillows and a clean bathroom. A lovely, quaint hotel.

The area around the hotel is beautiful for bike rides, and I'd recommend staying here to friends. I've been back to NH Potsdam a few times over the past six months. Breakfast is excellent, the hotel staff are really nice, and the reception team are marvelous, always smiling. They also handled a few minor problems quickly and on time.
