Weingut Berweiler

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, with a lovely warm shower. We’d booked two rooms at the last minute while travelling the Mosel Camino, and got a really friendly welcome, plus an incredibly delicious cake. Our neighbor Monika cooked us a wonderful meal, too. Definitely worth a visit. A huge THANK YOU!!!

Even travelling alone, I felt warmly welcomed 🤩. Mrs. Berweiler was so friendly, she invited me into her kitchen for coffee on Sunday before I left. My room and bathroom were beautifully furnished and clean, and there’s Wi-Fi, a TV and a coffee machine in the hallway. I’ll definitely come back 😊

We felt welcome right away, and Doris always had a funny quip ready. It was lovely staying with someone who’s been on pilgrimages herself and could share useful information. The garden seating area was a real treat, and the cellar wine fridge, stocked with the winery’s own wines, had everything we wanted. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished. The Berweiler winery is a wonderful place, and we’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend it!

The hostess was incredibly friendly and did everything she could to meet our wishes. She even drove to the neighboring village to get provisions for other hikers, since the lovely village unfortunately has no grocery stores. We were warmly welcomed, and everything was lovingly decorated and spotlessly clean.
