We had a quiet spot to unwind before exploring the area, and the hotel is well placed for both Cochem and Koblenz. It’s a quaint little town, and the family running the hotel speak great English. There are two outstanding restaurants outside. The hotel itself is really nice, the prices are reasonable, and we’d definitely come back.

Set in a gorgeous historic building right on the market square, the hotel has clean, simple rooms. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, carrying our suitcases up to the room and back down again. There’s also a secure place to keep bikes overnight. Breakfast quality was disappointing, though.

The old building and warm welcome made for a lovely stay in the center of a quaint village that feels untouched by time. The host was charming, the room comfortable, and breakfast tasty. It’s family-friendly too. The interior is a bit eclectic, but the building has character and the bathroom facilities are all new.
