We really enjoyed our stay with our two dogs. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed and pillows, fluffy towels, and two large bottles of water left on the table. It was quiet at night and we slept well. The TV didn't work, but that wasn't a problem for us. The dogs stayed free, and free on-site parking was handy. Breakfast had a good buffet selection, and the staff were friendly and let us get on with things. One person at reception didn't really speak English, but we managed to understand each other. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Koblenz and has a great river view. One thing did worry me: our room key also opened the main door. I guessed it might be the same key for all guests, which could mean the rooms all use the same lock.

The food was great, and the staff were friendly. The decor felt fitting. Most of the customers were older locals and tourists.
