The breakfast selection was decent, and the staff were very friendly. They gave us great help and information about the city. We had a very pleasant stay and liked the place. I'd recommend it to others.

We were four people on a cycling holiday, and the hotel had two garages where we could store our bikes securely and charge our e-bikes. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful, starting with the warm welcome at reception. We also needed to leave our car for a couple of weeks. Although we offered to pay the daily parking rate, they suggested free street parking outside instead, and the receptionist even stood by the road to hold a space for us. Such a kind thing to do. The rooms aren't especially modern, but they're clean, well kept, and in good condition. Breakfast was good, and when the restaurant was closed, the hotel suggested a good place for dinner.

The bed may have been the most comfortable one I've slept in on this holiday. It's a friendly little family hotel, with secure bike parking and excellent breakfast included in the price. The eggs were especially yummy. Great value, and I'd highly recommend it.

Getting to the city centre and train station was easy, though I'd pictured the hotel being closer to them. I had a simple single room with its own toilet and shower. It was clean and well ventilated, and the service was friendly and straightforward. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely worth the stay.
