Ferienwohnung Bella

👎👎👎👎 I called half a day before check-in and was told my dogs weren't welcome, even though I'd been informed pets were allowed. The landlady said I shouldn't bother coming, so I had only a few hours to find somewhere else to stay. I reached her by phone, but she was rude and kept hanging up, saying she'd deal with everything in writing. I've never had a landlady treat me so badly. I'd strongly suggest finding somewhere else, since people this unfriendly and unwilling to work with you can spoil a stay in such a lovely city. 👎👎👎👎

The location is great, and the landlords are friendly. The apartment is super nice, but the equipment needs urgent attention. The landlord said to let him know if anything was missing, which was nice, but unfortunately quite a lot is missing. Still, I'd recommend it.

I was drawn in by the low price, but should have paid more attention to the negative reviews. The landlord cancelled a day before we were due to arrive, supposedly because of water damage, a reason that appears in other reviews for this provider too. The deposit refund was slow. I can't say anything about the apartment itself.
