The owner was so kind. He waited up for us even though we arrived very late, then welcomed us with free wine and sandwiches. Our rooms were very clean and orderly, and the bathrooms had recently been renovated. The hotel sits in a nice, leafy area, with parking right in front of the rooms.

The hosts were lovely and gave us a map of Koblenz along with tips on places to visit. The man spoke some English, while the woman didn’t. They also let us check in early and changed our booking for free so we could each have our own bed. The rooms were clean and had door locks, and there’s free on-site parking. Our WiFi wasn’t great, but dinner at the restaurant was delicious, especially the schnitzel. Breakfast is free too. You can get a driver if you don’t have a car, since walking from the train station would be a long trek. The castles and town are only a ten-minute drive away. I’d highly recommend staying here!

For a budget guesthouse, this was surprisingly good, with a generous breakfast included. There’s parking, and a bus stop right outside with two routes that go to Koblenz’s downtown or can be combined to get there. It’s clear they took the recommendations seriously and fixed some issues.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were kind and really helpful when I stayed a few months ago. The food was great too!
