The shower was good and the room comfortable. It was quite pricey, with few extras and no air conditioning. Not bad.

Horst and his team made us feel so welcome, almost like family. The hotel is close to the train station, and we could walk into the old town easily. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the showers were fantastic, and we both slept really well. Breakfast was great, and we also enjoyed a wonderful dinner there, especially the excellent Weiner Schnitzel! Friendly, helpful staff throughout. We’d definitely stay again when we’re in Koblenz. Five stars from us.

Just a few steps from the central train station, which made the location perfect for us. The room was standard, but clean.

We found it easy to get around from here, with buses for destinations across Koblenze leaving from the station. The hotel itself has a bar restaurant downstairs, and there are other places to eat and shop nearby. Our room had comfortable bedding and a modern bathroom. The front desk staff were friendly and gave us useful suggestions for excursions and meals. It’s only a few minutes on foot from the Koblenze HBF.

On our second stay, the buffet breakfast was open again. We mentioned that we needed gluten free food, and they ordered GF bread for us. Both the hotel and restaurant staff were welcoming, and everything was clean. We had a great stay.
