We always hate having to leave after a stay here. Everything feels peaceful, cozy, and idyllic, and the natural pond is thoughtfully laid out. The apartments are just as carefully equipped, and from the moment we arrive we can relax. The hosts are warm and friendly, and they make sure every request is taken care of. The Quelle holiday apartment made for a really lovely break, especially with its sauna and private whirlpool. There’s also an on-site charging point for electric cars and a handy bread delivery service. From arrival, everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully arranged. The fridge already had a few regional basics in it, and the hosts were friendly. The whole setup is well organized, and communication was easy whenever we had a question. We’d be very happy to return.

I spent 10 days in the “Hopfen” apartment, using it mostly as a base for hiking and cycling. The area has lovely woods, plus great gravel paths and farm roads winding through rolling countryside, so it’s easy to unwind after being outdoors. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Even my very last-minute booking request got a quick reply, and everything was straightforward. The apartment brings together a historic building and modern fittings, with beautifully made, high-quality furniture and sustainability built into the concept. A welcome basket and stocked fridge meant no shopping was needed on the first day. There’s secure bike storage too, along with e-bike charging. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

There’s plenty to do around here, from cycling and hiking to visiting churches and castles, and we enjoyed the swimming pond, fitness equipment, and sauna too. But the real treat is how completely quiet it is. Our hosts and the people of Köslau were all friendly and easygoing. We had a truly restful stay. Warm wishes, Anne and Jörg.
