The rooms felt set up for children, with bedrooms sleeping as many as six and two washbasins. There were two showers for each gender. The radiators were turned off at 9 pm, so unless you heated the room beforehand, the night was going to be cold. Parking was also awkward because the meal delivery service needed access, and the roads were narrow. The indoor snack and drink machine was pricey too, with a 0.25 bottle of low-quality water costing €1.20.

Nice gym, but the bed was too small and there weren’t many rooms.

We used the vaulted cellar for pen and paper role-playing games, and its atmosphere was just right. It was very cold, as you’d expect of a cellar in winter, and the lights switched off at 10 pm, which didn’t work well for our game. The rooms themselves were clean and perfectly adequate for a youth hostel. Tall people should know the beds are very short. Still, a nice hostel overall.

Children have plenty to do here: ping-pong, foosball, and sitting around a campfire. It’s a shame you can’t rent paddles and have to buy them, since that’s not worth it for a quick game. The food was tasty and generous for the price, and the rooms were comfortable. A lovely place for a relaxing stay, with excellent activities for kids.

The breakfast was plenty, and the youth hostel is very good, with stylish furnishings that suit both the city and the building. There are relatively few showers for each room, though.
