I stopped here on my way to the Dolomites. Everything else was okay, but I couldn’t sleep comfortably in the room. The pillows and cover were all feather-filled, and I’m allergic to feathers. I told the woman at reception, and she checked for a replacement cover, but they didn’t have one. So I’d paid for a room where my choices were to risk suffocating while asleep or sleep in my outdoor clothes. It seems short-sighted for the hotel to use feather-filled covers without offering an alternative. When I book a hotel room, I expect to be able to sleep comfortably in it.

The hotel team gave us all the support we could have asked for when we ran into a problem with our luggage logistics. We were there as a family and had a lovely stay. The location is very central, the atmosphere charming, and the traditional food delicious. Service was absolutely outstanding. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel was quaint and lovely, with a great atmosphere. Our room was large and clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fabulous. We could walk to the ski lifts. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

We arrived without a reservation and were lucky to find a room. The location is ideal, with views of the mountains and the beautiful river. Our comfortable room blended modern and antique styles. The staff were professional and very friendly. I really loved the place.
