I was very happy with my stay and will definitely come back when I’m in the area. The location beside the Rhine is great, and you can walk to the nearby castle and ruins. The rooms were great, the service was good, and there’s a bar where you can relax comfortably. Breakfast was really luxurious, and I’d recommend it to everyone. I also left an important item in my room safe. They responded quickly and had it delivered to me within three days without any trouble.

After a long drive we arrived in the evening to find the room unprepared and missing a bed, so we had to wait for staff to set it up. It was dirty too, and we even found a previous guest’s sock. The pool was too cold to use. On the plus side, the room was big, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were welcoming.

I was on a group tour, so the hotel wasn’t our choice. We were meant to have a queen bed but got two separate single beds instead. They were very firm and uncomfortable. It had been booked days earlier, so there was no excuse, and complaining was no use. At least the room was clean. The TV didn’t have Netflix, and I couldn’t change the language or cast my phone to it.

The location is beautiful, and the hotel is awesome. The staff were spectacular, especially Florian Behling. Couldn’t recommend it more.
