We stayed for a weekend in a room for two. The room was neat and very clean, with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. We didn't have a water heater in the room, but reception gave us one when we asked. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was very good, with cereals, bread, ham, cheese, salmon, juices, and sweet treats. You also get a bus ticket for your stay, so you can ride to Konstanz for free.

A really nice place in a great location. The staff are lovely and happy to help. I’d definitely recommend it.

We got complimentary public transport cards for the duration of our stay, so there was no need to use the car. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was simple but enough. There’s a supermarket and lots of restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed one night in an apartment for five, which worked perfectly for a family with three kids. It had one bedroom with three beds, another room with a double bed, one bathroom, and a separate WC. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. There’s free parking in the hotel's own lot. The hotel is very nice and close to Mainau island, and not far from the centre of Konstanz. The staff were very friendly, especially at check-in. They welcomed us with big smiles and explained everything clearly. We also got bus tickets for the stay, so we could leave the car parked and use public transport. Breakfast was very good, and checkout went smoothly. We really recommend this hotel.
