The evening meal was the standout for me. With the menu you get soup, a choice of fish, meat, or vegetarian main, the buffet sides, and a range of desserts. The quality, flavor, smell, texture, and presentation were all very good. Definitely try them. Breakfast is included and has a wide buffet selection, and at midday there are lighter snacks with buffet choices too. The spa and pool were comfortable, and the indoor/outdoor pool was a great temperature. Relaxium was my favorite, a quiet, textile-free area with well-kept beds where you could sit and read for hours. The outdoor jacuzzi was in energy-saving mode, so you had to keep pressing the ON button, but it was still enjoyable. The saunas have clear signs about keeping an appropriate distance and are lovely if you enjoy a good sauna. There seemed to be some renovation or upgrading going on outside, which took away a little from the view, though after a couple of sauna sessions it wasn't enough to bother me. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, and everything was tidy. My husband is 1.94 m tall, and his feet didn't stick out of the bed. They lent us bathrobes and light blankets, and housekeeping was quick, efficient, and punctual every time. The staff were attentive, kind, and efficient, even though they were working with fewer people because of Corona. The hotel was nowhere near full, and we never had to wait. Because of the reduced staff, though, there weren't employees outside reception and the dining area. If you wanted something to take to the pool, you had to carry it yourself. The waiters stayed in the dining area, which seemed appropriate for both guests and workers during the pandemic. On arrival, you get a nice view of the Alps around the hotel, but the facade looks a bit worn, with faded colors and signs. It made me a little apprehensive after reading such good online reviews. Still, go inside and make up your own mind. The hotel should update its website with Corona information and details about facilities that aren't currently available, like the Bar or Steam Bath. Some evening entertainment would be nice too, maybe a pool table or darts. Nothing fancy, just something besides guests heading back to their rooms for an early night. I enjoyed my stay and would return if I had the chance. There weren't big crowds, comfort seemed to matter, and it was a nice little escape from the hustle and bustle.

E-car fast chargers are available, and the area is fantastic. The rooms are big, the kitchen is top-notch, and the hotel is extremely high quality in every respect.

The WiFi could be faster, but the staff are friendly. You can borrow a bike from the hotel, and it's a nice place for a short trip.

The room was lovely, the food was good quality, and the stay was really relaxing.
