The deck was lovely, especially with the sun shades. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were professional. The town is quiet and beautiful, and this was the cleanest room I've stayed in during my week and a half in France, Monaco, and Italy. I have no complaints.

There’s plenty to see nearby, with good hiking and the Nürburgring within relatively easy reach. I stayed last October, a year ago, and somehow forgot to review it. It was out of season, so I had the whole top floor to myself for very little. The host was lovely, and we got by with my broken German, GoogleTranslate, and a little help from her grandkids.

Loni Theisen was a spectacular host, even though German is the only language she speaks.
