A really lovely spot.

Right by the lake, this little hotel in Kressbronn has its own private access to the water. There's so much care in everything, indoors and out, and even breakfast. We felt completely at ease and had a wonderful time. We'll be back soon, for sure.

The hosts were so friendly and helpful, answering questions, handling requests, and sharing tips for excursions. We were extremely satisfied. Thanks, Family Schorpp. Breakfast was delicious, with local produce and homemade jams, and the rooms and shared spaces have a charming feel. Outside, palm, olive, and lemon trees surround plenty of seats and loungers, a lovely place to unwind. The self-service beach bar has a range of drinks and regional wines. The guesthouse sits in a stunning spot with direct access to the lake.

For a longer visit, I'd book one of the much larger suites, which have the best lake views. Our lake-facing room was on the small side, but fine for a few days. We were very pleased and will soon book a longer stay. Thanks to the owners for such relaxing, enjoyable days. We stopped here for a few nights on our way back from Italy. The guesthouse is right on Lake Constance and has its own access to the water. Its Mediterranean garden, with palm, lemon, and olive trees, was a lovely surprise, and there are plenty of quiet nooks to relax in. The fish-filled pond adds to the peaceful feel, and the large terrace looks out over the lake. The beach bar is well stocked; you take what you want and write it down. The owners are always glad to help.
