I really liked the clean, simple design that still feels stylish, and the rooms have everything you need. Breakfast was good too, especially the freshly made eggs and omelette, plus the fresh sprouts. The service was very supportive. The ventilation can get pretty loud in some rooms, though mine eventually switched off. With Ohropax, I was able to sleep fine.

The room floor could have been cleaned better. I walked around without sandals and ended up with hair stuck to my socks, which cost the stay a star. Still, I had a very good experience and would certainly stay here again. This was my first time back at the hotel after a long break from business trips to Kronberg. It's new, has a modern feel, and is just a two-minute walk from Kronberg Bahnhof. The breakfast buffet was nice, and the employees were friendly.

Breakfast was decent, and the staff were generally polite, but the stay was very disappointing. I arrived late and hoped to get to my room quickly. The first one hadn't been cleaned at all: someone had clearly lain on the bed, and there were dirty dishes, toothpaste, and hair in the sink. I asked for another room and was given one, though the changeover took time, which I understand. That room wasn't clean either. When I went to lie down, I found a spider and a bug under the blanket, and lots of hair on the sheets. The next day I left at 7:30 a.m. and didn't get back until 6 p.m. The door to my room had been left open. Luckily, nothing was stolen, but I definitely didn't feel safe.

The breakfast was rich and tasty. It's a great place to stay, with a new building and staff who were kind and committed.

Great place, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The gym needs an update.
