Appartementhaus Zum Strandkorb

Sooooo great! I'd gladly come back.

Everything was as described, from the amenities to the smooth transaction, and the place was clean and well kept. The neglected balcony and the bedding spoiled that good first impression, though. The mattress toppers smell really unpleasant and are pilling, and desperately need replacing. We found alternatives.

We booked on the spur of the moment through a well-known app for two adults and two children, and got lucky. The apartment was fantastic and spacious enough for us, with a balcony, TV, kitchenette, refrigerator, and a bathroom with shower. The rates seemed reasonable for the amenities and location, and we'd definitely come back. Highly recommended: CHECK IN HERE! Getting in was easy: after booking, we received the main entrance key safe code by email and went straight to our room. Each apartment or room has a reserved parking space, available to book for the stay for €15. The beach is 400 meters away, with a walk straight into the water. Netto is 100 meters away for affordable food, and there's also a climbing park and a few small shops within easy walking distance. We only stayed one night, but everyone was very friendly and courteous. Whenever we had a question, it was answered by email within minutes.

We had spacious, lovely apartments in a quiet spot in the courtyard. Once we shut the skylight, the hallway was warm and dry. The parking information and finding the apartment were a little confusing, but we'd gladly come back.
