The only good thing was the location. The price for what you get is abysmal, and the kitchen in room 238 is old and musty. The cleaning staff were worse still, their cleaning product smell hung around for the whole week, and mold in the shower was the last straw. The walls are thin, too. Service and organization were poor during our week: we were asked to move parking spaces three times, told pillows were missing, and found the hallway and stairwell unkempt. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Apartment 235 is on the small side, but it's furnished with so much care. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a lovely two weeks here, and the top location goes a long way toward balancing the drawbacks. The apartment is within walking distance of the pier, beach, and lots of restaurants, and you can leave the car parked. Staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful when we arrived. The price felt fair in the off season, and for two people I can recommend it overall. We stayed in ground-floor apartment 237, which has a small terrace. At 38 square meters, it's fine for two, but I wouldn't advise coming as four. The other two would have to sleep on the small pullout sofa in the living room, which is also the kitchen. There's no proper space for clothes. There is a wardrobe, but it's packed with a vacuum cleaner, bedding, parasol, chair cushions, and other things, so we weren't sure where to put our clothes when we arrived. The pillows were awful, thick and lumpy inside, and badly in need of replacement. The mattress is quite hard. There's no bicycle shed either, so bikes have to stay in an outdoor rack, even overnight and in the rain.

The apartment was great, and the leasing office was very helpful. Just be aware that the parking spaces only fit small cars.
