4/10
The location is great, but the rooms feel old-fashioned and there aren't power outlets for charging devices. The Wi-Fi is so outdated that WhatsApp often won't work. The services feel like they're just for marketing, and the fitness area is basically treadmills with nothing good beyond that. Breakfast could be better, though it was okay. I wouldn't recommend this place for a family. It seems aimed at retired people.

The customer service was unbelievably unprofessional. They lied and didn't even listen to what I was saying. I'd never book at any Morada Hotel again.

There's no Wi-Fi, and the fitness room is only cardio equipment. This feels like a place for elderly guests, not families, and it isn't worth the time or money for a vacation. Be careful not to confuse the mirada resort with the mirada strand hotel. I made that mistake. One out of five.

The rooms are up to date, but there aren't enough power outlets. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was nice.

The location is wonderful, with the sea nearby. The rooms were very clean, and the food was fantastic.
