Neptun Hotel Kühlungsborn

Our deluxe double room had a nautical theme and was very clean, as was the spacious bathroom. We felt comfortable there, and it worked perfectly for our girls' weekend. The sauna is small but nice. You have to arrange its use in advance, possibly with some notice so it can be preheated if no one is using it. It may not suit large groups. Hotel Neptun sits on the main shopping street in Kühlungsborn East, with the pier, beach, and restaurants all an easy walk away. We were warmly welcomed at reception. There isn't an elevator, but the staff were exceptionally helpful and made up for it. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. After we chose our dishes, they prepared them fresh and brought them to the table. Our server was very attentive, and the staff in general were friendly, approachable, and took time to help with individual needs.

We felt at home thanks to every staff member, who was so friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and comfortable, and breakfast deserves top marks. We had four wonderful days relaxing and unwinding. Thank you for such a restful stay. We'd love to come back.

Breakfast was fantastic, with a huge selection you could tick off and have brought to your table. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and bringing our dog was no problem. There's a charging station for electric cars too. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the nautical-themed rooms and hotel to the room's capsule coffee machine and capsules, shower gel, and soap. The hotel is right on the main shopping street, with the promenade only a few minutes away. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back!

The staff were the absolute highlight. I've stayed in many hotels, and never experienced people so friendly. If I come back to Kühlungsborn, I'll stay only at the Neptun. The rooms were great and clean, breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly. It's centrally located in Kühlungsborn, just 300 meters from the pier. Anyone who doesn't feel comfortable here shouldn't travel. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
