The best things about our 14 days in apartment 7 at Villa Patricia were the location near the beach and promenade, and the short walk to the bakery and restaurants. The apartment is in the second row behind Villa Astoria on Ostseeallee, with its parking space reached via Warmbadsteig street. Inside, though, it felt cramped even for two people, and we’ll look elsewhere next time. There’s no elevator, so the stairs were difficult, especially with luggage. The flooring and curtains need renovation, and there’s very little bathroom storage, just a glass shelf above the door. The bathroom light switch is above the sink rather than outside the door. The dining table is small even for two, and there aren’t many dishes. If you wash them by hand, there’s no draining board. The balcony is tiny, the table too small for eating, and you can be seen from all sides. There’s nowhere to put suitcases or bags. The two TVs are there, but the channels are completely out of order.

The kitchen had plenty of utensils and dishes, and having our own parking spot right behind the house was a big plus. The ground floor right-hand apartment was nice and reasonably clean, though being so close to the beach, it could have used a vacuum. There was a large double bed and a sofa bed with a 120 cm mattress, just about enough for people newly in love 😃

The location is the best part, very central, with everything within walking distance and the sea practically right outside. We had another fantastic stay in Kühlungsborn. The apartment is practical but feels almost too small for four people, and there are signs of wear here and there. Also, all those steps could be a problem for older people who have trouble walking.

We had a great apartment in the Patricia complex, which is ideally located. The small south-facing balconies at the back look out over the football pitch. The beach is at most 100 meters away, and in three minutes you can be on the lovely Strandstrasse for shopping. There are lots of restaurants and places to eat nearby.

Just 50m from the beach, and the apartment was beautiful and roomy. It had parking, Wi-Fi, a big shower, two TVs, and a kitchen with everything we needed. Great place.
