We stayed for just one night, and it was a really nice place.

We were all freezing, especially our legs and feet, and the staff did nothing about it. The window by the salad bar kept being opened, the outside door was left open, and the buffet queue kept setting off the automatic opener on another door. It was -6 degrees Celsius outside. The heater at our table was cold too, and when we raised the problem, staff just shrugged. The buffet itself was okay, but we left early and couldn't enjoy much of it because of the cold. For what we managed to eat, the price was far too high. This was outrageous, and I wouldn't recommend it.

That fruit schnapps shouldn't be kept in the fridge, but otherwise we'd gladly return. We were here with our regulars, and the service was very good. The minced steak for the main course was really good too. I started with the goulash soup, one of the best I've had in a long time.

What a shame. We were treated like guests were a burden: the swimming pool at this wellness hotel wasn't available despite arrangements made beforehand, and they didn't seem keen to serve breakfast either. At check-in they told us breakfast wouldn't be provided, even though it was the only option offered when booking directly. After we asked, they did at least boil an egg and bake two mass-produced rolls.
