The drinks came quickly thanks to the really friendly staff, and they were good. The meal took quite a bit longer, so don't come in a rush, but it tasted even better than the photos look.

The rooms are just average, but the restaurant and food are good.

Just an average German place to stay, nothing beyond that.

The chocolate mousse was divine, and they even had Spätzle for the vegetarians. At lunch today, Sunday, we had two roast beef dishes, with a choice of bread rolls or regular dumplings and incredibly good red cabbage. There was also pork, hunter's meat, venison and sauerbraten, along with frozen pork knuckles and fish.
