Breakfast had everything needed to get the day started. The rooms were roomy and very clean. My only complaints were the lack of shower gel and, especially for the ladies, no hairdryer. I'd give it 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Cochem is 7 km away, with restaurants there, and the area is handy for hiking and trips nearby. It's an inexpensive place to stay overnight. The hotel feels a little dated, but the staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious. There was no soap, shower gel, or hairdryer.
