The staff were kind, and the hotel is in a great central spot. We could get around on foot, and there’s a garage nearby for the car. But the room was dirty, with hair around, including hair stuck in a piece of green chewing gum on the bathroom floor. The window was partly broken and had to be manually adjusted to shut. There also weren’t any towels for our children when we arrived, so we had to ask reception for them.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the downtown location was very convenient. If I come back to Landsberg, I’d stay here again.

At 180 cm, I didn't even fit in the bed. I've slept in youth hostels with better ones, so how does a four-star hotel offer beds this ridiculously small? A good night's rest is the least I expect from a hotel, and this place definitely isn't it.

The weak Wi-Fi was the main letdown. The signal barely reached our room, and my phone warned that the connection wasn't safe, so I stopped using it. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff spoke English. This is a very old, cute hotel with chicken art everywhere. Breakfast was included, with familiar and new options, and they can make eggs for you. Parking is limited and costs 8 euros per night. We paid about €90 for one night in a nonsmoking room with a double bed. For Americans, that means two twin mattresses in one frame, with separate duvets. Ours was comfy, and the mattresses didn't slide apart or leave a big gap. I really like the European setup. The windows can tilt in at the top or swing open wide, depending on the handle position. We kept them open at night for the cool air, which kept the room from getting too hot. The hotel is a Pokéstop, and there are more nearby.
