Apartimo Landshut

The managers were polite and got back to us within a few hours on weekdays, but the setup was different from what we expected. We thought we had booked a hotel room with a kitchenette, and it really makes more sense to think of it as a room rental where you replace things like toilet paper and soap yourself. There’s no cleaning service except once every two weeks, and no staff are on site apart from the cleaning crew. Everything else is handled by computer, messages, or phone. The kitchenette was short on useful equipment, including a decent cutting knife, and there were no everyday extras like coffee or tea. Oil from the fan motor also leaked into the cooking area and onto the food. I suggested they clearly list what is and isn’t provided, ideally before arrival or in the room, so guests know what to expect.

The kitchen was handy for making meals, the internet stayed fast with no disconnects, and having a supermarket close by was useful. AP serviced apartments were also very clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away, with attractions and public transportation easy to reach from the location. Self check-in and check-out were convenient too. I had a comfortable, hygienic stay and would recommend it.

The managers were kind and found solutions whenever we had a problem. Everyone was very friendly, and the place was really clean. It felt like being at home.

I was here for 8 months and had a very good experience. The service was good, and the location worked well, close to both the center and the railway station. Highly recommend it.
