Ferienwohnung Schäfer

The living and dining room was fine, and having Rewe just around the corner and plenty of parking by the neighboring school was convenient. Still, we won't be back. We stayed nine nights as three people for the spring exhibition in Kassel, and the apartment wasn't a pleasant place to stay. It was very cold, and hot water took several minutes to come through at both the shower and sink. That made evening showers especially frustrating. The beds smelled bad and weren't comfortable. The towels provided also had an unpleasant smell, though toilet paper and towels were supplied. Each room had its own key. There was a musty smell covered up with lots of artificial fragrance. The windows were very hard to open at first, as if they hadn't been opened in ages. Cleaning seemed superficial: sticky kitchen handles, a disgusting fridge, short black hairs on the beds and in the bathtub, and a filthy shower. The shower head was partly clogged with limescale, so water didn't come out of every opening. Cloud 7 wasn't what we expected.

The apartment was spotless and nicely furnished. But we couldn't shower that evening or the next morning because there was only cold water.

There was plenty of space in this lovely apartment, and the landlords were very nice.

A cozy, tidy apartment and friendly contact.
