We stopped in for lunch. The food was really tasty, and once it arrived it came quickly. Getting to the point of ordering was frustrating, though: we waited over 20 minutes, even to order drinks, and the waiter wasn't friendly.

Parking was very hard to find, and the Wi-Fi didn't work in our room. Our double room was tiny, more like a poor single, despite costing the same as much larger rooms. The staff were rude, and only one person could speak English. I wouldn't recommend it. It seems only very old Germans could give it more than two stars.

The room was old but perfectly good, and the catering was good too. The staff were really nice. We had a terrific stay, everything was good, and I'd suggest visiting this hotel.

The reception left a terrible first impression. They audibly sighed when I asked about a reservation and seemed worn out by having to provide service. I don't see a reason to support a business that seems so ungrateful for potential customers.

The lake and mountain view was great, and the staff were friendly. The food was excellent, with decent-sized meals and great desserts.
