I was here many years ago with my grandparents. It's still a cozy, typical German place, with good draught beer and upscale German cooking.

A good place for a small gathering, with plenty of seating and a quiet atmosphere for an evening out. It's a relatively small venue that draws a decent crowd. The stay was quiet, the food delicious, and the hotel has a sense of history in Langenfeld.

The room faced the street, unfortunately, and wasn't soundproof. Still, it was clean and had everything I needed for a business trip.

The restaurant on the first floor had a good menu and very nice service. The hotel service was perfect too, and everything was very clean and welcoming for kids. I'd recommend it to my friends.

The common areas have an authentic look, and the rooms were clean, though a little worn. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were pleasant and efficient. I'd stay here again.
