We booked through HRS for January 20th to 21st, 2016, and arrived around 5:30 PM to find the hotel locked and completely dark. We walked around the building looking for another entrance, but there wasn't one. A sign listed opening hours and a landline number. When we called, we reached voicemail for a mobile number. If the hotel was still operating, this was absolutely unacceptable. Not recommended.

The hotel is centrally located, with good connections to Düsseldorf and Cologne, and has its own parking. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the owner was very nice. Good value for money. Highly recommended.
