Hotel Ambiente Langenhagen Hannover by Tulip Inn

For a solo conference trip, I wanted somewhere clean, quiet, and comfortable, and this place delivered more than I expected. The building was peaceful, with no loud sounds from the hall or other rooms. My room was bright and roomy, with a desk for evening work, a large bed with clean linen, and blackout curtains that helped me sleep. The Wi-Fi was strong enough for online meetings. The modern bathroom had everything I needed, including a hair dryer, extra towels, and good toiletries. Breakfast each morning was fresh, tasty, and well organized, and reception staff were always smiling and helpful. It's not a luxury hotel, but it gave me everything I was hoping for and then some.

The worst hotel experience I've had. Housekeeping was skipped every day, even after I told reception and put the "Please Clean" tag on the door. Room service was extremely poor, and the reception staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. Very disappointing stay.

The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation.

We liked the location, just a few meters from City Center Langenhagen, with places for breakfast or lunch, shops, and a supermarket. The motorway is nearby too, so we could get to other cities quickly without city traffic. The motorway itself was crazy busy, but that's another story. Our double room was okay overall, though the bathroom felt a little old and the shower was dirty. There was a kettle in the room for coffee or tea whenever we wanted. At checkout, the parking payment system had a problem, so we got three nights of parking for free :). We stayed three nights in August 2024, and the first two were disrupted by a large group of teenagers making noise almost all night, inside and outside. They played loud music right under our windows. When we called reception on the second night, they said they couldn't do anything because the group was outside. We said we'd call the police, and suddenly the music and noise stopped. Maybe someone at reception said something because they were worried about a police visit, I don't know, but we finally got some sleep. By the third night the teenagers had checked out, and it was peaceful.
