We were there in February 2026 and felt comfortable right from the start. The reception was very friendly and helpful, our suite was spotless, and breakfast was generous and excellent quality. The sauna area, including the "grotto showers," was very clean too, though a few broken showers took away a little from the experience. Even with that small flaw, we're giving it 5 stars. It's a quiet location, not far from the station or city center.

Agnes rang the day before our stay and said the four of us could check into our lovely apartment at 10:00 AM. When she welcomed us the next day, she was so warm that we felt right at home. We were even allowed to have breakfast, which we really appreciated. The apartment was clean and tidy, nicely furnished, and had comfortable beds. Everything we needed was there. We'll be back. Thank you so much.

The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and breakfast perfectly adequate. The receptionist was really excellent. Everything went smoothly from arrival to departure, and we'd gladly return.

The sauna was a lovely place to warm up after a long hike, and the large playroom kept the children occupied. The staff were helpful and very friendly, and everyone loves kids. It's our second year at the Heckenrose, and once again we were thrilled. The rooms are spotless and spacious, so you feel at home right away. The small kitchen has everything needed to cook a light evening meal. We'll definitely be back again.

The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming, and breakfast has something for every taste. My husband and I took a little break, and Suite No. 9 was just right for us: well equipped, quiet, and clean. The sauna area was exactly what I needed that day 🙏 I'd love to return ❤️
