I've stayed here a few times now and will definitely be back. The room was nice, the breakfast great, and the location was ideal. As usual, the owner was friendly and very helpful.

My girlfriend and I stayed four nights while hiking each day. The owner kindly lent us his map, and the cook gave us really good advice on places to hike. Breakfast was warm, freshly cooked each morning, and had lots of options. We also had excellent service throughout. I'd stay again if I get the chance, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area. 5/5.

The Hotel Garni Maria Theresia feels like a real find. We spent two weeks there, and the owners went out of their way to make our stay special, sharing their knowledge of local Bavarian restaurants and hiking trails that start just a stone's throw from the lobby. The all-you-can-eat breakfast is great value too, with homemade Bircher-Muesli, plenty of breads and rolls, cheeses, and cold cuts. All in all, an incredible deal.

The showerhead in the flat wasn't very good, and the Wi-Fi was quite unreliable. Still, it was a very nice place to stay, with friendly hosts, a great breakfast, and a good location.
