The rooms were clean, and the staff were wonderful, but getting around is a challenge without a car or scooter since the hotel isn’t central. Breakfast costs extra and didn’t feel worth the price. There’s a Burger King next door, but I didn’t come all this way to eat there, and there isn’t another convenient place nearby.

The room had a great view, was cozy, and came well equipped with a workstation. It’s a bit far from Hbf. For after-hours arrival, you enter a code at the entrance and collect your key there. The area looked a little shady, though that may have been due to the construction outside. It would have helped to get a heads-up about where the entrance was.

Abdul set a standard for reception service that I’ve rarely seen, even across almost 30 years of travel. I don’t know what they pay you, but you deserve a raise. Thank you! I’ll definitely come back if I’m in the neighbourhood 🙂

The service was friendly and the hotel was nice enough, but the road noise can be ridiculous even with the windows shut. It’s beside a two-lane main road, and on what seems like most nights, local boy racers go by in souped-up cars with loud exhausts. If you’re very hard of hearing, this could be the place for you.

The room was nice, but it got very warm without air conditioning. Opening the windows meant putting up with unbearable outside noise. It sounded like construction work that continued all night, and I barely slept.
