The biggest issue was the bed for our child. I booked for three people through the All Accor app, including a child under six, but the “Kinderbett” clearly says it isn't suitable for under-sixes. Reception knew we had a three-year-old and still didn't offer a proper solution. The rooms had a bad smell too. The first one stank as soon as we opened the door, with the odor coming from the bathroom. Staff said they already knew about it and moved us, but the same smell started spreading through the second room after a few minutes. It feels like a wider problem they aren't dealing with. For such a high price, this was a very disappointing stay. The hotel fell short on basic standards.

We got our things back after contacting the authorities, but the whole experience was really sketchy. There were homeless people sleeping on the floor and people using all kinds of hard drugs. I wouldn't recommend staying here even for a few hours. After checking in, we left our belongings in the room. When we came back, everything was gone. We spent the night at the police station, then returned with police and found our things in a different room, one we hadn't booked or had a PIN for. The receptionist said a woman had tried to check into that room and was shocked to find our stuff already there. This was the worst hotel experience we've ever had. Something is seriously wrong here.

The room was clean and well insulated, at least. But breakfast was BY FAR THE WORST BREAKFAST IN A HOTEL. We arrived at 9:10 and there was nothing. I complained to the breakfast lady, and all she brought out was more eggs. They were obviously past their expiry date. Maybe there was nothing left because she'd eaten it all.

A clean, tidy room in a handy central spot, and the staff were helpful. Good value for an overnight stay.

My first stay in an automated hotel, and I was surprised by how easy it was and how clean everything was.
