For such an expensive hotel, the cleanliness was awful. The place felt unsanitary, and even the consumables seemed to be reused. The bottled water was unsealed and apparently made by the hotel, so who knows what had touched the bottle or what liquid was inside it. The slippers also looked recycled, with dents you could clearly see from previous users. There were several stains on the floor, and it was sticky too. I definitely wouldn't stay in this dirty place.

I've been coming here regularly for 10 years and love the hotel. The team is great, the service attentive, the location fantastic, and the architecture and interior design are very tasteful. Breakfast is exceptional too. One thing I don't like as much is the recent change to the booking system. It seems they've introduced dynamic room pricing, which I find a bit displeasing.

From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel special. The staff were smiling and did everything they could to make us welcome, and help was always close by, whether we called or asked someone at the restaurant. Our room was comfortable and very well designed. We stayed in room 2, which is in the hotel and has a view of the Lake. The location is beautiful, and the hotel has done an amazing job from top to bottom. No detail seems to have been overlooked. A beautiful hotel and setting can still stand out miles from the rest through wonderful service and staff like these. I recommend it, and could go on forever.

We plan to come back. It's a beautiful place on the lake, and our modern room had an incredible view, as in the photo at 7am. Breakfast was delicious, with excellent quality products. The manager was welcoming and smiling, and the quality for the price was excellent.
