The hotel sits right at the edge of the forest, so it feels beautiful and private. A seating spot tucked into the woods next door was a lovely place to spend time, and our morning walk there felt fresh and energizing. Our daughter had fun at the play area and with the cute bunny and cats. We booked this as a last-minute holiday, and even the drive over was amazing. The hosts were courteous and accommodating, and breakfast was tasty too. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly visit again. I can't recommend the place enough.

The owner, Doris, was so friendly, and breakfast was great. This was a really nice place to check into, set on top of a hill with the black forest right behind it to explore. It also felt centrally located within the black forest.

The owners were great people and did everything they could to make sure we had a good time. A fantastic place to stay while visiting the Black Forest, highly recommended.

The rooms are new and amazing, and the owner was friendly and helpful. A great spot for birthday parties of up to 35 people.
