The harbor-side location is fantastic. The kitchen is practical, though the pans and other cookware could use a periodic check for wear. We could only get four TV channels, which was a bit disappointing on rainy days.

Mr. Boye's (108) apartment was very clean and had excellent amenities. We felt at ease there, though it was a little noisy, which we hadn't expected.

We felt right at home here. It was cozy, with everything we needed and even a bit more.

The Boyen family were very friendly and kind. The place was comfortably furnished and had everything needed for everyday life.
