We had easy access to buses and trains, and the Edeka supermarket was nearby. The landlady was lovely and helpful throughout our week in the small, very clean maisonette. The sloping ceilings may take a little getting used to if you're tall, but we had a great stay.

We felt at home in Ankerplatz and would happily return. The apartment was clean and practically furnished, and the landlords were friendly and keen to help with anything. The beds are very soft, though we slept well. Some privacy screens on the windows would be welcome so people can't see inside.

The owners were warm and ready to help whenever we had a question or problem. The place was clean, lovely, and matched the pictures exactly. We had a wonderful vacation and would gladly return.

We made good use of the grill on the terrace, almost every evening. The lower apartment had what we needed for a holiday, including a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with games, and a double bed plus a bunk bed. There isn't a dishwasher, but that wasn't an issue for us as a couple. A very nice break, and thanks to the Protze family.

The pretty surroundings and good value for money are what drew me to this guesthouse. The family were kind and helpful, and made sure everyone felt comfortable. I'd be happy to book here again.
